IMPORTANT  NOTES:

- Make sure you're receiving a health certificate of good health with your puppy signed by a licensed Veterinarian, before purchasing any puppy. I am being told of bad experiences from a few of our  clients, where they had purchased from other breeders that were NOT issuing a health certificate. or having the puppies Vet checked & and having the buyer do the Vet checks..... to discover, the puppy had health issues.  By that time the client was in love with a sickly puppy. If you are required to do the Vet Check , just make sure the puppy your purchasing has received a health certificate, signed by a Veterinarian , this could be a sign your puppy has not received a detailed health exam by a licensed Veterinarian, that is ALWAYS the breeders responsibility, to make sure your receiving a healthy puppy, not yours or your Vets once you have fallen in love with what may be a defective or sick puppy!  Your Vet check should be a choice not a requirement!  
  -Please make sure you are purchasing your little life companion from an ethical and trustworthy breeder. 
Not from a kennel who is formatting their site to be very similar to ours, where our policies or ethics would not apply. 
It saddens me I have to point this out, but my clients contact me often, and it upsets them greatly, that future clients maybe being fooled.  

 Look at the phrases that are copied from ours, and (one is even coping our entire pages), as I add meaningful words or designs from my heart, within no time, they appear on these unethical site(s)! 
So please do not be fooled!  One is also on the East Coast and my clients have suggested, that future clients be warned. 

- About 70 percent of our clientele fly in from all over the country, to pick up their dream puppy, as you see in our photos at the airport.  Therefore, all Puppies are paid in full before any flight or drive client exchange. Any site recommending otherwise, is likely a back yard breeder, selling way to many puppies and mostly placing with drive clients, as Nannies would never except cash.  My clients, nor flight Nannies would NEVER carry puppy payments through airports.  This is not ethical, nor following safety guidelines, and a RED FLAG. This is 2024 not 1994. So beware of websites advertising 'cash in person'. 

I cannot make exceptions just because a client is able to drive.  We work from our waiting list on puppy choices and the same rules need to apply to all on paying, when the puppy is chosen, to assure the puppy

is sold, for the next person on the list to be certain of availability, travel arrangements do not change when payment is due.  We do not price young puppies or collect any payment, as some of the sites. Your choices and payments are not done, until we can fully evaluate the puppy and closer to the time the puppy exchange takes place.

If a Puppy happens to be available, the same guidelines will apply to new clients. I take my safety and the safety of my puppies seriously and comply with all safety guidelines with internet transaction recommendations by local authorities. So do not waste my time or yours if you cannot send payment for the puppy that is listed as available.

- Most all puppies are released at 14-16 weeks, when my Vet and I feel they are old enough to make the transition, with a developed immune system that is critical to thriving in the new home.

*** We are a reputable, very high end, sought after, established Breeding Program of 18 Years.  We do not price or do photo shoots for choices until puppies are 10 -12 weeks old, we can "truly", evaluate that puppy.  Puppies can change and pricing young puppies could not be fair to you the buyer or the puppy, as some can become more extreme, or some can stop growing, while others can take growth spirts! SO, BEWARE OF PUPPIES BEING PRICED AT 8 WEEKS OR YOUNGER Or Monies being collected on Young Puppies, to rush you into a commitment too soon.  True Extreme Baby Dolls mature more slowly, and you want to make sure the breeder fully knows as much about the puppy as possible before you commit to a baby.  Personalities do not really form,

until closer the 12 week mark, and that is equally as important as the look of the Puppy.

PLEASE READ 
An Application MUST BE IN PLACE, before we will answer random questions on our Puppies. We seek QUALITY HOMES for our Puppies and if cannot take 2-3 minutes to fill out the Application, prices, sizing or nor details about our puppies or program will be given, when we have no idea if we are speaking with an approved. qualified home. The Chat feature will only be answered with application clients in place. Our Puppy pricing varies, so ranges are too broad according to extremeness of face, sex, size, and breed to quote prices, unless a puppy is listed as available and you're inquiring on that specific puppy. Higher end pricing puppies are all that qualify for flights, as many more layers of expense and time around flights. Our airport is small, so you would have to fly in to get your puppy yourself, which many of our clients do, as stand by Nannies have never been able to get in with limited flights, a ticket must be purchased by you, and we use American Airlines ONLY.
We are located on east coast (mid) & have many drive clients from these states as far North as Mass,NY, CT, RI, NJ, MD, OH, WV, or South to include VA,TN, NC, SC, KY, GA, IN.

 Flights will be required if more than an 9-hour drive for the puppy and only offered on the higher end puppies.
