My wish for you is is that if you found yourself here, is that I can match you with the puppy of your dreams, and that you enjoy the butterfly kisses and them there eyes as much as I have over the years!
The puppies were ours before they were ever offered for placement, & are loved on constantly in my home.
We take each of our placements very seriously and believe strongly in the right match for each puppy and home. I carefully select each home for one of my puppies that I feel is a forever quality home. We place as companion Pets only, NO BREEDING HOMES NO EXCEPTIONS! We pride ourselves in being # 1 in REPEAT CLIENTS, and #1 PUPPY MATCH MAKER of Our One-of-a-Kind, Exotic , Extreme, Yorkies & Maltese!
Tell us about the Home you are providing and be specific about the puppy you're inquiring about.

We speak with all our clients on the phone after approving the application. Before moving forward with deposits for our wait list or any Puppy Purchases.
* Note, we do not answer random questions without an application in place, to know if a qualified home.
ONCE YOUR APPROVED. Our Waiting List has worked out beautifully over the years.
You would be added for male or female - Yorkie or Maltese. Clients choose their puppy in order as the deposits have come in - as litters become available. This puts the client in the driver's seat to get the puppy of their dreams by choosing a puppy or passing until the next litter.
Deposits are $500

We do not list young puppies as available to force a client into a commitment, until we can fully evaluate each puppy.

I really do not know where to start with just how special Our Lolly Pop is, it will be incredibly hard to let her go. But it is now time for her to be the total princess, but it must be to a home I feel will suit her perfectly with as little adjustment to her lifestyle as possible. Lolly is the definition of sweet, loving, mellow and as close to perfect as you will ever get with the love she gives her owner, her Desert Darling features, and her precious behavior. We place all our adults within a easy drive to us, just in case they need to come home and do not adjust in the new home. Most all work out perfectly but a 3 month trial basis is placed on all retiree's & adults. Lolly loves to be a lap baby, she loves cuddling and does get along well with other dogs. She is trained to the potty pads but mine do get to go outside for play and morning potty, when weather is permitting. But she is not a doggie that is use to long walks for potty, she prefers the stroller, and her potty pads as we use here. As she is a true Diva, house baby! Our retiree fee is the price of the spay and dental, which my Vet has already performed both procedures on Lolly Pop.

What we provide to each new home when you pick up your Puppy.
All Puppies Come With ...
A Health Cert and Check up of Excellent Health from my Vet, a vaccine and deworming history, a soft sided travel bag ( for clients who fly in to pick up their baby), that is airline approved, a paw blanket that with the scent of litter mates, a plush toy that also smells of Mom and litter mates, ( this is so important the first few days while your baby adjusts), a small bag of the Royal Canin Small Puppy & also soft food & a Potty Pad for travel.

Disclaimer- We may cancel a sell at anytime if we do not feel comfortable with moving forward. We do not place with breeders or brokers and if you have misrepresented yourself in any way, legal action can be taken. We do not place our puppies with homes who have small children or work long hours. You will be forfeiting your deposit if you do not disclose, a truthful living environment for the puppy. Deposits as on the deposit page are non refundable. If for any reason funds are sent back , we may charge for our time, processing fee's where applicable.
